I am a cooking enthusiast who believes anyone can make great food at home. I will not put up or link to a recipe that I have not cooked. All my recipes will include not just the ingredients and steps but will include notes on cooking techniques , hardware and food purchasing so that you can recreate the same dish. If you try a recipe, please put up a comment and let me know what worked and what didn’t.

Finally, I am not a chef and generally do not create my own recipes from scratch. I will always give credit where credit is due and include links to the original recipes.

  1. Barry, have you started getting this weekly newsletter? It’s pretty amazing. Read the article on prime rib, or google serious eats. It’s NYC based restaurants, etc. but in this edition there is a big artilce on prime rib.
